Competing with four other architects, Allard Jansen & Associates was awarded a contract for the 20,000 square foot retail/office mixed-use center in the heart of San Juan Capistrano. The project was processed through the very restrictive local design review board with unanimous approval. This classical example of Spanish Colonial architecture is an excellent example of a contextual design.
