An old world-like farmhouse designed for elegantly rustic indoor/outdoor living was designed around a central courtyard. The idea of the house was to break up the residence into a village of buildings. Nearly every room opens to the courtyard, which is comprised of an outdoor kitchen, barbeque, dining spaces heated by a fireplace, landscaped terraces, a pool, spa and pond fed by a waterfall.
