The Italian farmhouses of Tuscany inspired Casa De Maravillas. The plan is divided into three parts separated by patios. These patios provide the optimum of light throughout the interior of the home. Loggias are used to protect the buildings from the summer sun and the landscape is terraced to enhance a "hill town" concept.
