This 5,100 square foot, six-bedroom, five-bath residence was designed for informal and formal entertaining, as well as outdoor living. You enter through the dramatic foyer with a spiral staircase. The living room opens to the pool and patio. The family room, kitchen and breakfast nook are all combined into a cohesive entertaining area oriented to the outdoors. Passive heating and cooling techniques were used throughout the residence.
