This project included design and land use concepts for several blocks of a unique overpass area at the intersection of El Cajon Boulevard and Interstate 15. The firm was hired by the El Cajon Boulevard Business Improvement Association to create a vision plan that would depict various building types and transit center that extends over the freeway.
